Most important is to lsiten carefully, jot notes to remind you what was said, and relate the lecture to the assigned readings. Within the day, or next day at the latest, read the notes and your text, preferablly out loud. Tell other people what you are learning about. As you were homeschooled I am going to guess your parents care about your education in a very personal way. Call home and tell them what you are learning. Ask their opinion. Congratulations on going back to school. We are never done learning. You can do it!
